After the first deadline passed, I was pelted with finals, and afterwards unmotivated to write. Eh, maybe next time. Congrats Aggy, your win was pretty obvious to me. Good attempt though, Lucky Fire.
 
Oh wow, I thought I was going to lose since the last time I checked the poll I was behind by two points....XD

At one point, HolyMackerel was behind. Also, I was sure I would have to cast the deciding vote. Frankly, though, I thought HolyMackerel's was the better story. There was a lot more to it and a stronger plot. That doesn't mean I thought yours was bad, Lucky. Also, I think hers was longer than the limit, but I allowed it anyways since I didn't recieve any other entries.
