^kind of like how with the lost link set the held like half the cards from that set and then released it in CL...-.-

^Yeah, pretty much. We don't know for sure what's going to be in B/W, and it is possible that we don't get some of the cards we are really looking forward to until next format (like Pokemon Catcher). If there is anything we have learned from tpci after the past 2 sets, it's expect the worst. (No LW in Triumphant, lack of quality in CL)

TCPI's localization team smokes the wacky tabacky. From a game design perspective, anyway, they're kinda clueless. What happens here has no bearing on the DESIGNED metagame, which is what Japan plays. As far as I know they don't even do QA/Analytics for the north american localization anymore, they just throw it out there and hope it works.

^what.....no they have to be thoughtful of the meta. if they wernt it would just be destroyed right now. if they just continued with SP and made more support for it no deck non SP would survive. NONE luxchomp would be BDIF for a long time and the meta would be a mess. they are aware of the meta.

I personaly like the idea of playing trainers on the first turn. Would speed things up amirite?

I would love it if they implemented the rules change to t/s/st when BW comes out..I'll run UBER SPEED CHAMP and just donk t1 every time unless they have a bts in hand and happen to evolve XD

Edit: (or obviously if they have more than one pokemon in play)
