Help ruling issue im having

If incineroar comes into play (btw this is the one that makes pokemon do 30 more dmg) because of the effect of the attack of chandelure (the one that makes you discard 5 cards from deck and if one is a fire type add it to bench) would incineroar dmg add to chandelure or would it be to late as it comes into play after the attack.

Discard the top 5 cards of your deck. This attack does 60 more damage for each Pokémon you discarded in this way. Then, put any number of [R] Pokémon you discarded in this way onto your Bench.

• Discard the top 5 cards of your deck.
• Next the attack does 60 more damage for each Pokémon you discarded in this way.
• Then, put any number of [R] Pokémon you discarded via the attack onto your Bench.

Three distinct parts to the attack; Incineroar (SM - Unbroken Bonds 29/214) won't hit the field until the third part, which is after damage has already been done by Spirit Burner.

As for the second part of your question, Chandelure's attack says you can "put any number of [R] Pokemon you discarded in this way onto your Bench." Therefore, you don't have to put all of the Pokemon you discard with the attack onto your bench, but you can choose which ones to put on your bench (if any at all).
