Here's a real doozy of a card:

Team Rocket's Dark Shining Chansey EX (delta species, dual type)
Make it on the verge of broken, and give it softboiled. Actually, make it as broken as you want. (Suggestion: A shining EX Chansey? I wonder how much HP that would have...)
