Sacramento, Stuttgart, and Surging Sparks Shape the Meta

Hello everyone! Recently we’ve seen two Regionals take place in the new Surging Sparks format, and there were certainly some interesting results. Today I want to take a look at all of the major decks in this format, and discuss their positions in the meta going forward, as well as share my personal opinions on various lists and potential card inclusions.
Sacramento kicked things off in this new format, and the Top 8 seemed to perfectly showcase the duality of the metagame. In finals was a mirror match between two Miraidon ex decks. Raging bolt is pretty weak against single prize decks, which seems to be on the rise. With bolt, I only played against 1 regidrago in stuttgart, but 3 single prizers. Sadly could not make day 2 (4-2-2)
 
Regidrago is under close contention against Miraidon from what I've seen but plenty of single prize leading decks are on the rise. We're going into the final months of Pokemon V in Standard, so I doubt other VSTARs will get a chance.
 
As a Regidrago player I find the Miraidon matchup an extremely tough one tbh. It has very high speed similar to Raging Bolt, slightly less power, but a lot more flexibility

you can double kyurem or double rad zard them. They can only really knockout a vstar once with raichu so your 2nd vstar is safe for two turns.
