mew is timid, and magby is quirky. so would you want to do one of those and lugia for your bagon that you used to make the ev'd salamance, and the anorith you used to make the ev'd armaldo?

I have a ut adamant groudon with great iv's. I can't remember them off the top of my head but if your interested i can find them out. I also have a good mild mewtwo.

What is the last 4 EVs in? also, does it have any egg moves? and what are his IVs?

Even if I like it, I would have to trade for something else as well. Simply because mence is a very high competition value as well as shiny with good egg moves and perfect IVs.

last 4 evs in hp, no egg moves and i ll check its ivs! I could also give you a shiny drifloon and ponyta as well!

ivs on the luxray lvl 51 are 4-5 hp,27-28 attack,25-26 defense,5-6 sp attack,speed 27-28,ponyta is calm, drifloon is modest
