My Pokemon Professor told us at league that when Salamence lvls up and does it's double fall that if you have a expert belt attached, you're allowed to take an extra prize. 1 being for knocking them out, 2 for double fall and according to him, 3rd for having an expert belt attached. This really doesn't make sense to me. :(

Another Double Fall qustion. Let me put this to rest once and for all.

Salamence's Power: Double Fall.
"Once during your turn (before you attack) ... you may use this power. If salamence knocks out any of your opponents pokemon from damage from its attacks, you may take an ADDITIONAL prize card for each pokmon."

Examples:

1 Pokemon KO'd = 1 Prize

1 Pokemon KO'd + Double Fall = 2 Prizes

1 Pokemon KO'd + Double Fall + Expert belt (on opponent) = 3 Prizes

1 Active Pokemon + 1 Bench Pokemon KO'd (same attack) + Double Fall = 4 Prizes
-2 pokemon KO'd so you get the 2 prizes. However, double fall gives you 1 more for each KO, so that equals 4.

1 Active Pokemon (with Belt) + 1 Bench Pokemon + Double Fall = 5 Prizes
-Same logic as last one only expert belt is added.

1 Active Pokemon (with Belt) + 1 Bench Pokemon (with Belt) + Double Fall = 6 Prizes.

Basically, you get 1 prize for each KO. Normal rules.
But double fall makes each KO count as 2.
Expert Belt gives you an extra prize as its effect.

I'll correct this, Double Fall makes only one knock out count as two.

No, he is correct. The text from "Double Fall" reads, "For each of your opponent's Pokemon that is Knocked Out by damage from Salamence's attacks, take 1 more prize card."

Sorry, my fault I checked the first japanese translation I still have on my computer.

To do what your saying you will hvae to use PA salamence. Im not sre many people would run that over the SF salamence. So I think the highest a normal person would get is 3 Prizes which is decent

Not true at all. People run PA 'mance to help speed up, and besides, it is a VERY smart thing. Use Crobats to nudge opponents into double KO range, then beat them down for 4 prizes.

you can take up to 6 prizes with salamence pa in one turn if you can do this>>>

After using Salamence X's Power (double fall),

You Use salamences PA first attack and knock out the active with expert belt
and then you knock out a pokemon on the bench with expert belt.

bam! 6 prizes, pretty awesome, if your able to pull that off, lol
