First of all, this is a decklist for worlds, so its still PRC-on.
Second of all, it's a skeleton list.
Pokemon: (13)
  • 3 Salazzle GX
  • 2 Salazzle GUR
  • 4 Salandit GUR
  • 2 Drampa GX SUM
  • 2 Tapu Lele GX GUR
Trainers: (27)
  • 4 Professor Sycamore
  • 3 Po Town
  • 4 Choice Band
  • 4 N
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 2 Bridgette
  • 1 Guzma
  • 1 Acerola
  • 4 Vs seeker
Energy: (11)
7 fire energy
4 Double Colorless Energy

Free spots: 9
Possible options:
Seviper Burning Shadows
Extra Guzma
Extra Fire energy
Hex maniac
Float stone
Professor Kukui
Third Drampa
Switch/escape rope
Devolution Spray
(Something really obvious I have missed)

Strategy:
The main Strategy of this deck is trying to 1 hit everything that comes it way by using berserk, po town, hot poison salazzle for a damge output of 210 against basic gx pokemon, 180 against basic pokemon, and do the rest of the math yourself :p. In the end game when 1 of your drampas is knocked out use the first attack of Salazzle GX to easily start KO'ing stuff.
Well, what do you guys think?

Drampa GX is a nice card yes, but you're going to need a way to damage your benched Pokemon so Berserk gets its damage bonus. When Po Town comes out, you might as well use that since you're playing some evolution lines. Rainbow Energy can also do this, but it's a bit slower.

I love Salazzle and love this concept. Having a consistent way to get Drampa online and punish the rise of Stage 2 decks is great synergy and then you will roll right in 150-200 damage from Salazzle GX.

I think you may want a Lysandre (no Floats) adding another Guzma, as you mentioned, over. Maybe cut a Choice Band and/or Ultra Ball. Acerola really excels here, too!

Fire Energy count might be low but maybe a Blacksmith to search up via Lele to get Salazzle GX in out of nowhere.

Awesome deck concept that I may have to "borrow"!

Po town is already in there :D.
Didn't see this my bad. I don't think Hex Maniac will be an option when rotation hits because it was released in Ancient Origins, a set already announced for rotation.

Blacksmith is Expanded-only. This is meant to be a Standard deck. 7-8 Fire energy seems to be fine in this deck, considering Salazzle GX's low energy requirements and Drampa GX needed only a Fire and Double Colorless to get going.

My bad. I just got started into competitive play and didn't realize this was from an older set. I think at least 8 would suffice but I am fan of ways hunt down and/or recover those energies for when you really need them. Kiawe is gonna be a fun way for Fire Energy decks to explode out of the gate early (Volcanion EX.dec) but it doesn't belong in this deck

Also, I just realized you have 9 slots open. Here are my initial thoughts:
+1 Drampa GX
+1 Lysandre (min.)
+1 Guzma
+1 Fire Energy (8 total)
+2 Field Blower (maybe replace 1 with a Hex Maniac until rotation)
+1 Kukui
+1 Rescue Stretcher
+1 Float Stone

Are you forgetting the scoop ups? That's what I would add. I would also include kukui, seviper was good, devo spray, and switching item.

I could see this deck being pretty competitive. My decklist is actually post rotation, so there will be a couple different cards between our decks. Here is my decklist.
