I made it with the ledian above ^ in mind, thinking to combo Starlight Scatter with Intermittent Gleams, acting as an anti-GX draw engine, as you can potentially draw 6 cards per turn from it. Just a reminder, this is balanced for 2010-2011 Standard Format]
