Would Samurott be affected by Plasma Blast Aggron's Aura of the Land's effect? I'm not sure if Shell Armor includes effects of attacks...

If Samurott is Benched, Samurott would take 0 damage from Aura of the Land (20 minus 20 is 0). It doesn't specify that Samurott needs to be Active.
