Here is a deck I've been working on for a while. I'm not the best at the game, so it isn't that good.

Pokemon:20
3x Samurott (BW 32/114)
1x Dewott (BW 30/114)
3x Oshawott (BW 28/114)
2x Donphan Prime (HS 107/123)
2x Phanpy (HS 77/123)
2x Wailord (TM 31/102)
2x Wailmer (TM 52/102)
1x Zoroark (BW 71/114)
1x Zorua (BW 70/114)
2x Cleffa (CL 24/95
1x Tyrogue (HS 33/123)

T/S/S: 25
3x Engineer's Adjustments
3x Pokemon Collector
2x PONT
4x Pokemon Communication
3x Junk Arm
3x Pokemon Reversal/Catcher
2x Rare Candy
2x Super Scoop Up
2x Switch
1x Energy Retrieval

Energy:15
7x Water Energy
3x Fighting Energy
3x Rainbow Energy
2x Double Colorless

Strategy: You usually want to use Donphan Prime as a early attacker, getting out a Samurott as quickly as possible. I know the Cleffa's are pretty low, but I ran 3 before and I would usually get them when I least needed them and I can still get out one of them with a collector. I also think the water energy are too low but I don't know what to take out. All help is appreciated.

*8/1/2011* I was thinking about adding in a few things but I wasn't sure so I thought some of you could give me your opinion. First, do you think, once he comes out, I should replace Wailord with Beartic because it has a good attack for less energy than Wailord, has weakness to metal which isn't used, and has less of a retreat cost. It also goes with the Double Colorless Energy. The second thing is replacing Tyrogue with the Alph Lithograph that lets you look at your prizes. Tyrogue just isn't that much of a help to me, and sometimes I realise at the end of a game I could have won/won fasterif I had taken a certain prize. I don't really want to take out Tyrogue, but I can't really think of anything else to take out. Thanks for your advice.

*Old* Ok, so I changed a few things in my deck. I thought Zoroark would be a good addition just because he can help me in so many ways. Also, I added a Golduck from Triumphant, but I was also thinking about running a 1-1-1 line of Kingdra Prime (and a extra Rare Candy)to take up the Golduck line, and it did well in testing but I decided not to because of the high amount of Emboar variants. It would be really helpful if you gave your opinion about if I should run Golduck. Thanks for the help!

It's not bad, it just needs a little fine tuning. Personally, I would remove the entire feraligatr line
-4 feraligatr line
I would then up the catcher/reversal number to 4
+2 reversal/catcher
Also, I would up the super scoop up to 4 for max consistency
+2 super scoop up
Samurott can also attack with DCE and a water which may be helpful in situations so
-2 water
+2 Double colorless energy

You may opt to remove a rare candy to an extra tyrogue, but that is up to you. I hope I helped!

I took your advice about getting rid of Feraligatr, but I think maxing out the reversal/catcher and super scoop up wouldn't help much. I only added one reversal/catcher because I do think it's an important card, I just think not that important that I have to have four. The DCE I really though I should do but in the end, I added other things instead that are more helpful. Thanks for the advice anyway!

What is Golduck for? It has poor HP and a worse damage output. There is a reason no one uses him.

Yeah, I have seen that he doesn't always do the best. Is there anything else that you recommend I put in?

Maybe you could add Wailord in their place. Due to Wailord's massive HP (180, highest in the format) in goes well with the tanky strategy of this deck, and it uses water energy too. I've never actually used Wailord myself, so I would be interesting to know if it works. Also, you should replace the cleffa and maybe the tyrogue with Mantine, Mantine lets you get any water pokemon, vastly speeding up set-up, and it can do 40 for {W}{W}, which is better than cleffa can do.

I tested Mantine before but it didnt really work out. It got knocked out easily and didn't speed up the deck noticably. Also, I'll try Wailord, but like I said below the decklist, do you think a
1-1-1 Kingdra Prime along with a rare candy would work? I wasn't sure because of all the Emboar.

As an attacker, Kingdra isn't that great. It's a stage 2, so its slower than yanmega, donohan, cincinno, zekrom, etc. It's mainly for his ability to basically add a free pluspower a turn, but it could work.

I think I'll try Kingdra because Wailord hasn't really been working out. It takes four turns to attach all the energy, plus sometimes I don't have water energy. His Underwater Dive attack does help keep him alive, but sometimes I get bad flips, or the opponent can hit for his weakness, while he can't counter because I'm still attaching energy. Tell me if there are any other Pokemon I could put in, because I'm out of ideas and I'm not really sure about Kingdra.
