I'm interested in the shiny Rhyhorn if it's compeltely UT. Does the movie Pichu have to be the Japanese one, or would a European one be just as good?

i have 2 shiny pichus. they are both somewhat trained. one is 35 and the other is still 30. both with EXP on them. I have my eye on that poketopia pikachu.
