This card is interesting and I can see it getting some play once Virizion EX is rotated and possibly even before then because of the healing aspect of the ability. I originally thought this card could just energy accelerate onto grass pokemon so I kinda over looked it. If the ability stacks it could be made into an entierly new deck archtype all together. A guy I play with told me that he played against a deck with Sceptile, Virizion EX, and Trevenat EX that he said was pretty good. It could also be paired with the Ancient trait sceptile as a non EX attacker that can OHKO primal Kyogre and Groudon EX. Do you all think this card could make its way into the meta.

The main problem with this card is that it's a Stage 2, which don't fly in this format due to Seismitoad (Crobat is an exception). You can't get it out turn two under Item lock, while at least in the current format, Virizoon-EX can accelarate on turn two via Emerald Slash. The Ability is notable however, and could perhaps see some play once Hypnotoxic Laser rotates and Toad loses its damage output. At this point Virizion will also be gone and Grass decks might need another form of energy acceleration. Personally I'm not a fan of Trevenant-EX, but if another partner for Sceptile comes along, it could certainly see play,

I've tested it online and it's actually pretty good. The healing actually comes into play just as much as the acceleration. There's been times in which I used the ability just for the healing and it saved my butt a couple of times. The grass typing makes it easy to deal with the toad and there's even a Treecko with water resistance in Plasma Freeze.

Some good candidates: Trevenant EX, Heracross and it's Mega, Genesect, and the Ancient Trait Sceptile (a good one of).

I see a player play the AT Sceptile + Victini + Shrine Memories + Virizion (which is rarely used but w/e)

The main strategy is to use Grovyle's Agility via the Shrine, roll again, very likely get heads and then attack with Power Poison the turn afterwards. Without Toad prominent in our area, this deck works really well.

It actually doesn't work too badly with Vensaur EX/Mega Venusaur EX with Celebi EX. Heal 30 damage with Sceptile, heal 60 with Super Potion, heal another 30 with Jungle Hammer. And in that case, Seismitoad isn't much of a problem because it gets OHKO'd.

I've been finding moderate success using it with LTr Genesect - it's easy to set up if you have Yanmega PhF to get a fresh hand every turn.

I'm been wanting to test it with Wally when it comes out, and Trevenant EX is something I really want for this deck.
