SCHOOLS OUT for some kids at least!

Man I remember summer vacation,
hanging out with my friends, used to be fun :p
I finished college last year, so for me its work haha
 
For me, it ends tomorrow as a half day.

But I'm going to middle school next year, so I'll miss my friends.:(

EDIT: School just ended today for me, so yeah.
 
I got out on the 3rd. The teachers had to escort us to our buses because there were random fights throughout the day. Oh well, I guess that's what I should expect from public middle school...
 
I got out on the 4th, and come back on the second week of August. I come back to school so early because my district takes several middle-of-year breaks. And oh yea, I'll be a fresh Middle-schooler. I don't know whether to be happy or sad. :/
 
Wow, I didn't realize how many people are still in school during June. I got out over three weeks ago, on May 28th.

However, I do have to go back earlier than some of you, the date being August 18th.

Hmm what did me and my friends do on the last day? Stuffed the teacher's "take home" crapp in the lockers when we were cleaning, and I doubt she hasn't even looked there now, a week into vacation ;p

Sounded like fun. On the last day of school, everyone was crying because high school would start after summer and everyone was going to a different school.
 
I got out today, so I am happy. Since it was a Monday and the last day of school we had about a 60% attendance rate, so the school was virtually empty.
 
lol! You guys get out of school LATE! I got out June 6th. Haha! I have been bored pretty much the whole time though...=/
 
I got out a month ago because college is awesome like that.

I find that a little difficult to believe, unless you take summer school every year (in which case, I'd question why you're obligated to do that and what exactly you accomplish by doing so...), and even then, you usually get a month or so of vacation. I don't even think it's legal to force minors to go to school for more than a certain amount of hours per year.

Or unless it's self-study, which isn't really school, per se.

Additionally -- how are you in "college" if you are only sixteen? Are you on a different education system than the American one?

Care to elaborate? You've piqued my interest.
 
I got out on the 12th of June and I've been loving summer ever since. I just came back from a nice school free cruise:)
