I haven't been playing TCG in years but it seems to me the retreat is kind of a pain in the *** for this card.
It should be able to freely swoop around when the defending pokemon has no special energy attached to it.
Maybe with darkrai ex and attach a dark energy?
The attack seems nice 70 damage for 2 {M}, but 4 {M} for 110 is low.

Scizor is a great card because he'll usually defend against Mewtwo-EX since DCE on Mewtwo-EX is popular. His attack is awesome despite the fact {M} doesn't have any energy acceleration. His attack works great with Klinklang (BW). (My league leader actually plays that deck 
) And also in a deck with Scizor and Klingklang (BW) You'd add Max potion. Just move the energy off of Scizor, Heal, then put the energy back.
