What's the best pokemon to run with scizor?
Zoroark- able to counter reshi and ohko with darkness or PP
Lanturn- can take out reshiboars
Umbreon- idk what good he'll be hgss on. Most powers/body's are just techs anyway
Klinklang- move energys to scizor.
Scarmory- stack scizor/or pokes to have then moved by klinklang
Vileplume- to keep from trainers being played
Boufflant- revenge attack
Other?

Or more directly. What's The best pokemon line up with scizor HGSS-On?
I currently have a scizor umbreon cincinno zoroark and I don think I'm feeling it. It's basically an autoloss vs Reshiboar.
Any ideas/lists?

Scizplume is your best Reshiboar matchup, because they can't play Retrieval, Revive, Switch, or any other helpful trainers. Run it with Zoroark for a good Reshiboar matchup, and maybe use Umbreon(1-1 line at most). Klinklang is just bad IMO unless played with Steelix, and Lanturn takes up space. Definitely tech Bouffalant for RDL, though. Here's a skeleton:

3-3 Scizor Prime
2-2 Zoroark BW
3 Skarmory UD/CoL
2-2-2 Vileplume
1-1 Umbreon UD/CoL
1 Bouffalant BW
Total Pokemon: 22

3 Pokemon Collector
3 Copycat
3 Seeker
2 Rare Candy
2 Switch
1 Flower Shop Lady
4 Pluspower
2 Professor Juniper
2 Twins
2 Black Belt
2 Pokemon Communication
Total T/S/S: 23

6 Basic Metal
4 Special Metal
2 Special Dark
1 DCE
2 Rescue
Total Energy: 15

I agree. I don't like klinklang what so ever. And the list is a good base off. I don't see the point of 2 candys just for 2 vileplumes? Idk I'm fairly new to the game. I see why. But I haven't play tested it to know.

With snipers like Hydreigon, T-Tar, and Mandibuzz, there is a chance that Plume will get sniped. You want fast set-up so they don't pull ahead. If one Candy is good for you, then you're fine.

eh, thats true. No, I'll try 2 candys. Just was checking how useful they'd really be, but I forgot about snipers.

Scizor/Zoroark is the way to run it. Or else, a very unpopular deck, Scizor/Samurott.

3-3 Scizor
4-2-4 Samurott Ability
2 Cleffa
1 Bouffalant

4 Collector
4 Communication
3 Pluspower
2 Junk arm
3 Rare Candy
2 Reversal
1 Elm

4 Special Metal
4 DCE
3-4 Basic Metal
2-4 Rainbow

That could be interesting. Covers Scizors Reshiram problem. I might have to try that out.

It could work considering Samurott is splashable in that deck, and most stage one decks. That's what I try and do when a stage one deck has trouble with Reshiram.

Any suggestions/tips?

2 Black Blet
3 Juniper
3 Elms

In terms of scizor/samurott I run this deck and it is pretty good here is a skeleton for you:
23 pokemon
3-3 Scizor prime
3-2-3 Samurott ability
4 Tyrogue
1 Bouffalant
2-2 Zoroark

22 T/S/S
1 Elms
3 Oak
3 Collector
4 Communication
2 Judge
2 Switch
2 Twins

15 energy
4 Special metals
5 Metals
3 DCE
3 Rainbow

Should work well for you.

I actually like to run scizor with crobat prime.
Crobat can do some sniping, which alot of metal decks lack. Its sever poison is amazing to do on any pokemon that has high retreat costs, and he can retreat for free.

I tech'd in 2 crobats with candies into my metal deck and he worked wonders. He is a great hitter while you buil up your scizor with energies. Crobat only needs 1 energy for both attacks and with 130HP he can stay out 2-3 turns. :">

Just my two cents.

Crobat will stay out excactly 1 turn. Most likely one-shot, or simply catcher-switched to make room for an easier pray... Any deck with Scizor will fail miserably until Bearplume and Kyurum gets here...
