• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

    When posting in a thread, be sure to explain all your suggestions thoroughly. Additionally, do not ask for advice in another member's thread.

the strategy is use scrafty spit acid to burn and paralylze
use volcorola ability so you opponents defending pokemon may get 40 damge from burn
use victini to geflip coins tosses
 
I really like the concept of your deck. Just a couple of changes may be useful:
1. You only have 54 cards in your deck. Perhaps add some Junk Arms, if you have them, to reuse Dark Claw/Patch/Catcher.
2. You probably won't need three Victinis, due to only one of their abilities can used on each turn.
3. For this deck, you'll probably want to play Darkrai, if not just to give your Pokemon free-retreat. (If you don't have Darkrai, then use Switch)

So in summary, the proposed changes are:
+4 Junk Arm
+2 Darkrai (If you don't own, or cannot afford Darkrai, +2 Switch. It'd be mainly used in case Volcarona gets catcher'd up)
-1 Victini Ability (You'll only need one on the bench, but two in the deck is good for consistency)
+1 Juniper (So you can have 10 Draw supporters)
