One deck has survived the test of time, one deck to win countless tournaments and one deck to win the standard format. That deck is the ULTIMATE Seismitoad EX Bats. Some would say Seismitoad EX Bats was crippled in the move to the standard format, but I'm here to rally that claim. Seismitoad EX is back!
Pokémon:
Now how is this superior to other Toad decks? Well, first of all, this is one of the first Toad Bats deck I've seen in the standard format, and I think that this has the potential no other toad in standard has. In the most recent set BP, they released a Garbodor holo with Garbotoxin which may bring that deck back BUT that deck was only good with the laser which is one thing we don't have in this format. With Toad Bats you can have a steady damage output that other toad decks simply don't have.
