Strategy:

Go second with seismitoad, get a muscle band and an empoleon and start attacking

Whenever I run Toad in any of my decks, I include a few W energy in order to use Grenade Hammer at times; otherwise, Toad's Quaking Punch (even with a Muscle Band and Empoleon's damage boost, especially if my opponent can heal his/her Defending Pokémon) may not be sufficient to win games within a tournament game time limit.

I dont quite understand the tech of the trainer cards. There's so many 1 of items, and without skyla it's a crap shoot trying to get one of them. 1 Sycamore seems hardly enough to turn away dead hands. You also only run 5 supporters and none of those 5 are Hex. If/when you run into a Trevenant or Vileplume deck it's almost certain autoloss for you since you're so heavy on item cards. This DL can work, but you'll need to rework the trainer cards.
