Seismitoad EX / Mewtwo EX / Pyroar

So this weekend I have regionals and I am preparing my deck list and this is what I got so far:

  4 Ultra Ball

Energy: (12)

  4 Double Colorless Energy
  8 Fire Energy

I have been thinking about dropping a float stone, a Skyla and maybe a Colress to include Blacksmiths. What do you guys think? Should I change anything else?

Why Float Stones? Additionally, I'd suggest:

-3 Float Stone
-1 Skyla

+1 Muscle Band
+1 Blacksmith
+1 Bicycle
+1 Pal Pad (to recover and reuse discarded Supporters)

Also, my personal preference:

-1 Litleo
-1 Pyroar

+2 Reshiram (Outrage) - extremely helpful in certain matchups and a great starting Poké

That is a lot of switching cards for a deck that doesn't generally rely on mobility.

-1 Switch
-1 Escape Rope
-3 Float Stone
-1 Ultra Ball
-1 Lysandre
-1 Skyla

+1 Pokemon Fan Club (get those little leos out)
+3 VS Seeker (better than Pal Pad IMO as it allows for instant reuse of Supporters)
+2 Startling Megaphone (Garbodor takes away Pyroar's biggest advantage)
+1 Xerosic (seriously, Garbodor)
+1 Blacksmith

Float Stone is probably a Beartic counter, though the focus in this deck isn't Pyroar. And Switch I think is to get Seismitoad out of the Active spot since you would rather have Muscle Band on Seismitoad. I do think maybe the list should drop at least a Flost Stone and an Escape Rope. Cause seven switch cards is a bit excessive.
