Just because Tornadus uses Colorless Energy and can therefore be used in just about any deck doesn't mean its good in any deck; it has the same 80 damage cap as Landorus and doesn't add type coverage at all due to nothing being weak to it, and it doesn't really help any previously lackluster matchups any.
