Ok, so I have been perfecting my deck so it could be a defence and offensive deck. Review this please. Also I pulled a lot of these from tins.

Strategy: Alright, so my deck is what I like to call a dot deck. Dots are independent and have no need for support. My deck needs the pre evos and that's it. Now, my Shell Armor Samurott is a Stage 2 eviolite and has a good move, which is why I have it in there. My other Samurott is there for Pike and that is it. Durant for Call for Backup, Zekrom for a Outrage Bolt Strike Outrage combo and Tornadus to circulate energy. Also Tornadus is a full art so I am hoping that the opponent uses catcher to faint my Tornadus as full arts are an eye catcher. Watchog is there cause of Fast Swipe, which I like, and it works well with Colress Machine. White Kyurem will be replaced with it's EX counterpart (PLS) and Serperior because of it's ability. Keldeo is a stronger version of Samurott and it has Rush In. Ho-Oh is there as a heavy hitter and it has a good ability. White Kyurem EX just works well with Ho-Oh so that rocks.

Hugh cripples the opponent's hand normally and it does not have the risk of N. I can use Hugh effectively cause I watch for signs in the opponent's face telling me they have a good hand. Scramble Switch seems useful. The item cards either help my Pokèmon, help me get my Pokèmon in play or give me my EX's another chance. Getting energies back is also a plus. Skyla helps me get my trainers (lol) and Colress let's me shuffle my hand twice (once I Colressed 10 for 1 and got my Keldeo) and remember I have shadow triad to get either Colress or Durant back. Skyarrow bridge I like because of the abundance of basics in my deck. Sadly Blend Energy can't be searched or retrieved but underestimating the potency of Blend Energy is what I like.

There is my strategy!

I took the liberty to move your post and edit your post to meet our standards. Please put a strategy (any strategy; for instance one you might use when you play a game with your friends, say "get Samurott up and heal off the damage with Serperior") so we can correctly critique your post. :D ~Kecleon

RE: Please evaluate my deck!

Depends.

Do you plan to play competitively or casually with friends?

On the competitive field, your deck won't fare to well against the expensive builds that most people play. You'd have to change your deck drastically to include the most powerful and latest cards. To cite an example, almost every good deck needs 4 Pokémon Catcher. That's always been an expensive card (although not for much longer if it's still as valuable as I assume). Unfortunately, our current format is faster than ever and requires a centralized use of EX cards in order to do well. Your deck looks like a fun deck that would do well in a slower format. I would give it a shot at league or in a friendly match and see how it does. Afterward, you should have a better idea on what changes you can make without entirely changing your deck.

I don't play the game but I hope this helps!

RE: Please evaluate my deck! (Serperior/Samurott/White Kyruem)

You should take out most the stage 1s and add 4 Rare Candy instead, it lets you skip the stage 1 line for a faster start.

RE: Please evaluate my deck! (Serperior/Samurott/White Kyruem)

Thanks for all the help. I just don't like to use EX cards too much for fear of a Lugia EX and Infernape. I have these other cards that I can use:
Dowsing Machine
Samurott BCR
Darkrai EX (sadly I am scarce on dark energies)

Also what set is Rare Candy and Catcher from? I might half half them so my deck can disturb the set up. I just like to use cards that might be overlooked as weak to help my setup. I also am waiting on getting an Emboar with the ability Inferno Fandango or Delugetoise. Thanks for the advice, I will post my changes on here later.

Rare Candy was from Dark Explorers, Catcher from Emerging Powers. Both are also reprints in the new Plasma Blast set, which is why (as mentioned above) hopfully the Catcher price drops from current around $15. Also, your cards are fine if playing in unlimited format, but otherwise starting 9/1 BLW / EPO / NVI cards will no longer be legal (unless they have been reprinted in later sets).

Regarding deck I would suggest :

- 2 Great Ball (too iffy - replace with cards to get specifically what you want like ) :
+ 2 Level Ball
+ 2 Ultra Ball
- 3 Fire Energy
- 4 Water Energy (21 energy is overkill, use room to add more Supporters and draw into energy), so :
+ 1 Energy Search (in case don't have energy in hand or to find specific type needed)

+1 Skyla
+ 3 Draw Supporters (could be N / Professor Juniper / Bianca / Cheren depending what you have)
