Set Checklists

What is the best source for compiling Master Set Checklists? I want to know of all versions printed for a particular set.

For instance, there are the cards that come in packs. But there are different versions of cards that come in theme decks and tins. Then there's the prerelease promos, etc.

Is there a good source for this information?
 
Are you talking about all of the playable decks? If so, lurk around in the Article Submissions or the Tier Thread. They have some good stuff there.
 
No he is talking about a list of EVERY card. I have no idea actually, i am sure you could google it.

Playable card lists are easy to find.

I'm looking for a list of variants.

By variant, do you mean deck building variants? i.e Spreading, donking, disruption etc
 
like the 2 versions of holos and stuff right? If you buy a deck it comes with a checklist, but no pictures.
 
Go-Pokemon has checklists, these are the "official" lists, the same as you get when you buy a theme deck. However, they do not include the "hidden" cards in a set and also might not include the non-holo versions of the holo-rare cards.

Anyway, they are the best you are going to get without building your own. To find them, you can go to the TCG site and look for the set details page, scroll to the bottom to see a list of links about the set, including the checklist.

Here's a for instance:

Platinum #19 - Gyarados

From the packs you can pull a Reverse Holo or Non-Holo. However, if you buy the theme deck there is a 3rd variant of that card with a holo picture only.

I'm looking for a list of all the variant cards to put together a master set.
