Strategy:
Basic Concept is to cause maximum disruption with Hammers and Sharpedo-Ex's Jagged fang to discard opponents energies, using Hydreigon to restore my own each time i discard. I also think Hunt has Good potential for disruption. Yveltal-ex as a hard hitting fighting type counter, and leafeons as a potential M-Gardevoir counter and anything with grass weakness ie. Toads.

Just hope to get some feedback on if you guys think this would be a competitive deck or not, + any suggestions

Good dual strategy with Yveltal/Leafeon & Sharpedo/Hydreigon! Leafeon is a huge way to counter Toads, which will slow down this deck with hammers, candies, and muscle bands. I consider this with experience!!!

well I've since played this deck at my local league, and it struggled, but i cant put my finger on why. Once Sharpedo-EX was in play i had no real trouble, but three games I Mulliganed 2 or 3 times, then several starts with eevee led to a few very short games. I'm thinking of changing the leafeon line down to 1-1 and adding another N and perhaps a battle compressor.

Interesting idea. I've wanted to make something with Sharpedo, but the best I could come up with was using Crawdaunt PRC along with Sharpedo's first attack to get people stuck. I'm not sure Leafeon can really do its job here though, since the rest of your deck pretty much works against its damage output. Assuming you can get enough energies on Sharpedo, taking off Toad's DCE with the attack should make it a bit easier to play against. As for Gardevoir, you already have a good enough matchup there for the same reason.
I'd probably do this:

- 2-2 Leafeon

+ 1 Jirachi-EX (you already play S-UC as your spec, so not having it would be a waste)
+ 1 Sycamore (consistency)
+ 1 Crushing Hammer
+ 1 Battle Compressor (as you mentioned)

Another thing could be adding Switch or Float Stone, but I'll let you evaluate how it fits in.
