Sharpedo/Hydreigon:

The Stragtey is where you use Sharpedo EX's second attack for 100 damage and you get to discard an energy from you and your oppenent, then you use Hydreigon PF to put the Darkness Energy back on to Sharpedo EX and keep discarding your oppenents Energy and getting 2HKO'S
The Main Strength is Energy disruption with Sharpedo EX and Hammers. With Hydreigon getting them back on it, it's very consenstint and you don't need Hydreigon sometimes so you don't have to worry about them so much. Cards like Darkrai EX, Baby Yveltel, Yveltel EX, can be used as attacking and support options. Electrode, Mr. Mime and Safegaurders work as well The Main Weakness is Lightning types and Head Ringer, Lightning can OHKO you and Yveltels if you coose to play with them and Hydreigon or Darkrai can't knock out Manertric EX's that easily, Head Ringer is a bummer because you need more darkness energy's to get it fully powerd up. Item Lock is not that big of an issue but still can be a pain.

I've seen people try this. The question is...why? What's the point of Sharpedo over something like Yveltal? Discarding energy is super cool and all, but it's even cooler to just kill the thing rather than disrupt it. Hydreigon also clunkifies the deck and really struggles in a format filled with Toad (not being able to play rare candy makes nearly all stage 2's unplayable). You could argue that discarding the DCE from toad is very important, but in the situation where you can consistently fire off a 3 energy attack that discards your energy every turn under item lock AND while dealing with hammers/head ringers, you're probably going to win anyway. This is a situation where you're trying to make a card work with a strategy that's totally unnecessary--and while that strategy might seem good, there's just no point to it over other decks in the format.

and that's why it's a rouge deck...
I don't know really, It's probably becuse people like me like to make rouge decks (aka cards that don't see much play) and then maybe make it somewhat competitive (It's really just for fun but I just feel like mentioning rouge decks so people can share their thoughts).

Rogue deck =/= Good deck.

I get the idea, but this is an idea that's shot itself in the feet twice before running a marathon in my opinion.

What if instead of energy disruption, you focused the deck around full energy denial? You put in a line of Primal Clash Crawdaunt and use Crushing/Enhanced Hammers and try to starve the opponent of all their energy? Most decks use 8-12 Energy and you could consistently discard 2-3 energy a turn and if you were lucky, 4 or more. Crawdaunt would also make it easier to discard DCE's from Seismitoad. If the opponent uses Pokemon that accelerate energy from the discard pile like Bronzong, you could use Hunt to bring it out to the active and KO it next turn, as long as the opponent doesn't have a way to retreat.

That could work, a 2-2 Crawdunt Line along with some Super Scoop Ups would be very helpful for energy denial.
Maybe running a SM or two would also be helpful for Garbodor and Float Stone (So cards like Bronzong can't retreat)
