A stage 1 isn't bad, nor is the type. Dark has plenty of support with the new Dark Patch and Dark Claw. Obviously its merit is in Strip Bare, which could cause some major early-game disruption for a single energy. 90 HP is pretty average as well as the 1 retreat cost.
2. What cards, if any, does this card combo with?
This card can combo with a lot of other cards. FlipTini would be the first choice, giving you 2 chances to flip a double heads. Next would be Slowking. After discarding your opponent's hand, you'd be able to completely control everything they draw. This could be used with cards like the Hammers, Catcher, Hooligans, Team Rocket's Trickery, etc. to cause major disruption.
3. What role does/could this card have in the metagame?
This is one of the biggest disruption-based cards in the game.

I give it a 7/10. It's pretty good if you center a deck around it, but too many bad flips will lead to a game loss.
