Sableye ensures startup with Bebe's, PONT, or Collector.
Basic Shaymin/Yanmega strategy, power up Yanmega for smash. Return all energy to hand and Shaymin powers Yanmega back up again. Beedrill can be a dangerous attacker if needs be.
Beedrill/Azelf for search.

Recommendations?
 
I find Sunflora HGSS to be easier to set up. Beedrill isn't really necessary, and neither is rare candy(if u drop the Beedrill, you have no stage 2's).
Here's what I would do(MY 50th POST!!!!)

4 Sableye SF(good thinking, if you don't get it out first, it's pretty much useless)
4-4 Yanmega Prime(read the rest, you'll see what I mean)
2-2 Shaymin(You gotta get this guy out fast!!!)
1 Azelf LA
1 Chatot MD(refreshes bad start, and free retreat is nice)
2-2 Sunflora HGSS(same as Beedrill, searches for Grass Energy)
Total Pokemon: 22

3 Judge
3 Copycat
2 Pokemon Collector
2 Bebe's Search
2 Seeker
2 BTS
1 or 2 Pokemon Communication
2 Palmer's Contribution(OR Rescue Energy)
1 Premier Ball(same as level Max)

Needs a few more cards(about 55), it is totally up to you what you want to do.

Strategy: Tank with Yanmega Prime for 0 energy because of Judge and Copycat(as long as you have the same # of cards in your hand as your opponent, attack cost is 0! But play Copycat and Judge ONLY right before you attack!). Because of Shaymin, Yanmega gets 150 HP and free retreats! Luxchomp is biggest threat.

I'm going to say 1-1 staraptor FB Lv. X would help because it let's you search your deck for a supporter. you could get judge or copycat w/ that.
 
Cool, sorry I have been away.
The idea of this deck is based around the Shaymin lv.x ground and Yanmega Supreme Victors.
I have tried a Yanmega prime deck on Redshark, and it gets eaten by the speed of the above deck.
Games went 2-1 pretty consistently.
And wow, I had not realized the existence of Sunflora.
I shall boot the Beedrill for Sunflora for even more speed.

Interesting deck BTW.
I would have used Masquerain Supreme victors rather than that Cherrim (Or even WITH it for crazy damage negation). The masquerain can draw 2 + do 30 damage, all for ONE grass energy.
