^ Yes. Only Arceus' are always hacked. (response to xxashxx)Plus, Nintendo has their gimmicks, so what's wrong? They were able to spread Pokemon because their industry was doing well. Buying another Pokemon game means Nintendo will keep Pokemon alive. Also, it's no fun if a game has EVERY Pokemon in it. Makes no sense for games with multiple versions.
