I couldn't find anything that popped out at me, and yes they're evolved and fully EV'd. I use them over my regular ones I also have.

Hi! I'm interested in one of your 5 IV Abra. Do the Abra have Magic Bounce? If not, then I'd like a 4 IV Rotom instead. I can offer you a 5 IV Snover. It's kind of a specific competitive pokemon, but it is perfect for a Mega Abomasnow Trick Room Sweeper. It is Quiet with 31/31/31/31/27/0. Interested?

Everything 31 - Sp atk, it is poison heal.

It does have enough for 5-6 IV and I only have one 3IV Protean Froakie. It is a Male with a Naive nature.

I have some of the stuff for your pokedex (Some I might let you keep) and can probably get more. And I have some 3 or 2 IV Ferroseed (Leech Spikes) and Honedge. I'd breed for at least one of your IV wants. List of pokemon for dex underlined ones you can keep if you want:

Seaking (Need to evolve)
Dodrio (Need to evolve)
Furret (Need to evolve)
Munchlax (Need to breed)
Pelipper (Need to evolve)
Krookodile (Need to evolve from Krokorok)
