Goal: Prevent your opponent's Pokemon evolving using Shining Jirachi and Esepon EX. This leaves they're Pokemon with low HP, (Most of the time) and leaves easy snipes for the Decidueye. In the game's where your opponent is using high HP basics, or high HP stage 1's, it's recommended to attack with Decidueye. Normally you're putting 8 damage counters where ever you want, and 170 if you're using Decidueye to attack, 200 with a choice band, which will in fact knock out most stage 1's. Any suggestions?
