I was wondering if Shiny Tapu Koko is legal in VGC. I was battling someone named "Seebax" in the May international challenge and he was using a shiny tapu koko with pokerus. I didn't know if I should report him or not so that is why I was wondering if Shiny tapu koko was legal in VGC.
