• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

I was thinking if getting this deck as I saw that the slowbro EX are cheap I want a cheap budget deck that consists of around 45~ dollars so I can buy sleeves and a deck box.
 
Personally, I believe that this deck might be a great budget deck, but needs a few improvements... The reasons that I say this is because a, the deck engine is weak (but can be improved on a budget) and b, seems a bit clunky. Note: I'm only going to list once basic recommendation for the deck, mostly because I don't know how much these cards are, and want to help stick with your budget. So:

- 2-2 Swanna line
- 1 Energy Retrieval
-3 Fisherman
- 2 or 3 Ace Trainer (Your choice)
-12 Water Energy

These cards are just clunky as a whole, not really good. To speed your deck up, I would add these cards:

+ 4 Dive Ball
+4 Max Elixir
+3 Sycamore
+4 Acro Bike (cheap "substitute" for Trainer's Mail)
+3 Nest Ball
+2 Kukui
+2 Super Rod

Overall, these cards are approximately $1 each, but will REALLY boost your consistency. There are other ways to improve your deck, but I don't know how much your deck will cost, so I will stick with this due to your budget. One side note: Max Elixir won't be useful on Mega Slowbro, but hopefully you can use it on Slowbro EX before you Mega evolve, to help speed the deck up a little bit. Hope this helps! :)
 
Have you reviewed the new SM Golduck? It has an awesome 1-energy attack. Consider running a 4-4 Golduck line which could replace 1 Articuno, 2 Ducklett, 2 Swanna, 1 Glaceon EX and 2 Fisherman. Then also consider implementing the above suggestions from @TrevGallade .
