Standard Should I tech E-hammers into M blastoise?

This list has been working pretty well for me, but like anyone else, I lose to a quickly set up Mewtwo/Darktina/"This attack does X times the number of energy blah blah blah"

I feel like the answer is to tech is some enhanced hammers, but I'm not sure how to make it work with my list. My current list is posted below:

Pokemon-10
Hoopa-EX-1
Shaymin-EX-1
Manaphy EX-1
Blastoise EX (rapid spin)-4
M Blastoise EX EVO-3

Trainers-40
N-4
Sycamore-4
Hex Maniac-1
Pokemon Center Lady-1
Pokemon Ranger-1
Olympia-1
Lysandre-2
Rough Seas-3
Super potion-2
Ultra Ball-4
Vs Seeker-4
Super Rod-1
Blastoise Spirit Link-3
Escape Rope-2
Max Elixir-4
Mega Turbo-3

Energy-10
Basic Water-10

I can clear a single rough seas for one enhanced hammer, but somehow I feel like I'd do more harm than good by only having 1 hammer. Ideally I'd like to maybe have 2 hammers, but I'm not sure what second card to cut. The healing is very important to this deck, and the switch cards are important for having an out in garb/vileplume situations, as well as using elixirs to have 3 energies on the active blastoise on my first opportunity to attack in T2 or T3 if I went first.

If I can get a good set up, I'm able to stay on par with the meta decks mentioned, but since I'm using this for league, I'd realy like to have a consistent defense against those troublesome decks. Any opinions on the tech, or deck list as a whole would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time!

Personally, I might sub 1 N and 1 Lysandre for 2 EHammers. The reason I say this is because I find that whenever I run more than 10 Supporters, I inevitably end up having to discard them with a Sycamore before I get to use them. You have the VS Seekers so if you do discard them, you should be able to get them back when you need them.

Another option would be to eliminate the Super Potions. You are discarding energy and with the combo of Pokémon Center Lady + Rough Seas + Super Potion, it seems like it might be overkill (overheal?).

Thanks for responding! I'm very tempted by your supporter idea. It's true, most games I do end up losing supporters to a sycamore discard, but I'm also very worried that cutting lysandre and only have 1 could be trouble in the event it gets prized. The N I think is a much more reasonable cut. With only 1 shaymin, I do need a lot of draw power however, but it still seems like the most logical cut.

To be honest, I'm not keen on losing the potions. There's been so many times where they save me from a 2HKO. The mega turbo's ensure I'm able to heal, reattach, and then play my normal attachment on a backup blastoise. 30 (rough seas)+60 (PCL)+60(Super Pot)= 150 damage healed.
The healing has even helped M Blastoise stay alive long enough to net double/Triple KO's when a Giratina/Glaceon/Regice is in the opponent's active as they aren't able to do enough damage to me while I snipe the bench.

That healing is able to hold you over long enough to switch into a back up blastoise and begin the cycle anew while you rough seas heal the newly benched one each turn.

Fair point on the healing and I can understand the fear of Lysandre being prized. Unfortunately, sometimes critical cards get prized and we have to work around them - happens to everyone. One idea might be that if you limit your Lysandre down to 1, you're hopefully decreasing the probability that it will be prized but again, stuff happens and you can end up with the short end of the stick.

I can understand the Olympia play here - switch + healing = game saving play. The only other option I can think of might be a little painful but sometimes you can't plan for everything - cut an escape rope. You can't get it back once you use it but you can get back an Olympia. I was considering Pokémon Ranger but since you're using a Mega, it might come in useful against things like Glaceon EX and others. Do you find yourself using Pokémon Ranger often?
