At the local Walmart by me, there are a ton of the Shuckle-blister packs for sale.
Can I query as to why they're popular, and expensive?
 
Shuckle has an awesome ability. It lets you draw a card every time you put an Energy on it. Paired up with the new Emboar (allows you to attach as many Fire energy as you want per turn) is amazing. That's why they are so expensive and popular (not to mention three pack-blisters are generally uncommon in some places).
