"Screen legend Sir Christopher Lee has died aged 93.

The actor died on Sunday at a London hospital after being treated for respiratory problems and heart failure, The Daily Telegraph reports.

Lee made his name with 1950s Hammer horror films, but he also famously played Lord Summerisle in The Wicker Man (1973) and Scaramanga in James Bond movie The Man with the Golden Gun (1974). More recently, Lee found a new audience after playing Saruman in Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings films, and Count Dooku in the last two Star Wars films.

He was no stranger to video game voice over work, either. Lee provided the voice for Ansem the Wise/DiZ in Kingdom Hearts 2 and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, played Lucan D'Lere in EverQuest 2, reprised his role as Saruman in a raft of The Lord of the Rings games, and, 30 years after playing Scaramanga in The Man with the Golden Gun, provided the voice of Scaramanga in GoldenEye: Rogue Agent.

Most recently, Lee was the Narrator for last year's Lego The Hobbit video game.

Lee still has one film yet to be released: Angels in Notting Hill. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Birgit."

So sad! I still have yet to see his Dracula movies but I will always remember him for Saruman and even more for Count Dooku, both characters that I loved due to him!
Perhaps he and Manoel de Oliveira are making a great movie in Heaven! :)

Sir Christopher Lee was definitely a great actor. His most memorable roles of Saruman and Count Dooku are amazing, and so are most of his other roles. He will be remembered by fans everywhere. RIP.

I loved his role as Count Dooku, I'll watch star wars in his honour. I hope he had a good life.
