I was searching for images of pokemon on google, when I found this picture. It is from the Bulbagarden Forums, but it really is fanart though, I just want people's opinions on how it looks. BTW, I didn't make this picture.

Probably fanart. I see no reason why a new Pokemon would be released, without anyone knowing about it. Though it does look cool, I can guarantee it's fake.
 
Erm, no. Skarmory is already a very good poke. If it had an evo, it would be put right in OU... possibly uber (doubtful). The stats would have to be a very small update. Besides, that looks stupid ;P Like Skarmory with armor (could go the digimon route where all the pokemon/digimon get armor... and BINGO!!! New characters). Definetly fanart
 
yes because obviously pictures on bulbagarden are real
 
Looks like an Oviraptor. Anyways, Skarmory does not need an evolution, as its stats are pretty much amazing. Doubt it is real.

well chansy was 1 of the best Pokémon in RBY generation and they still evolved it, same with dusclops in advance gen and he got a evo too. It wouldn't surprised me if gamefreek desides to elvove him
 
1. that's obviously fake. I mean LOOK AT IT.
It doesn't match Ken's artwork at all. And the lines are all...shaky. :x

2. Skarmory is better of with a pre-evolution. Like two other people stated, Skarmory's stats are good enough, and don't need to be buffed up with an evolution. =/
 
Obvious fanart. Also a terrible design. They wouldn't have a Skarmory evo, because Skarmory is already really good.
 
It is not real i think Skarmory would be better too get a Pre-Evo than a Evo it is now a beast with the evo it would be ea mega beast or something like that :p

While I agree with you on that, I'd like to point out that a pre-evolution would provide stat boosts as well. Am I the only one who payed attention in the games at the filler text for 5 year olds that goes "A Pokemon grows stronger as it levels up, and eventually it changes form and grows even more powerful"? Of course I'm paraphrasing but you get the point. Evo= stat boosts whether before or after any pokemon, and if it is before that means you can train it before evolving which = more stat boosts. Well, you get the point (I have a knack for rambling).

Oh, and yes, that's obviously fake. Not Sugimori's style at all. In fact-- shame on you for even believing for a second that it could be real.

I already knew it was fanart, I just wanted your opinions.
BTW, there are actually people who think it is real.
 
It just seems like Skarmory has armor that is all. To me it doesn't look like an evolution just some armor that Skarmory decided to have.

I could actually see something like this happening. It looks like a pick axe, which would tie in really well with the whole steel type.
