Actually, you know, the only value I would change is for Non Holo Rares. I value those the same as Commons/Uncommons.

No, I only have cards from HGSS on but I could take out 1 Donphan prime and add 1 Rare Candy. Rare Candy is worth over $1 more than Donphan. Leavanny and Eviolite arent worth too much by themselves anyway.
