The codes come with 5 TCGO boosters and the respective promo card, I believe. And I forgot to update it, but RH Zoroark is gone.

I would ballpark the Reshiram/Zekrom codes at $3, and the EP codes at $0.90 a piece.

No clue, I've never seen one in my life. Most Pokemon 3 ring binders are worth around 7 dollars, old or new. So because it's Worlds 09, maybe 12 dollars?

Sorry. I'm not sure if that's how much its valued, but I like it very much (sentimental), so it'd higher for me.
