As @Rooie said, the cards will probably be featured in our second Sun & Moon set, Guardians Rising, with some already being confirmed (those being Sylveon-GX, Toxepex-GX, and Vikavolt-GX). Drampa-GX, along with the rest of the new cards, will most likely also appear, though the Starter-GX Full Arts and Rainbow Rares (aka Hyper Rares) will not be featured in Guardians Rising. So the SM1+ will not be released on a set on it's own, but will be integrated into Guardians Rising (except for the starters), which will be released on May 5thWhen will sm+1 come to america?

No, the starters will not be in the set. Although it states that 12 new Pokémon-GX will be in the set, the set description also mentions that there will be 12 Full Arts (excluding Secret Rares). You can read it all here! The Guardians Rising set states: will feature ?? new Pokemon GX. The starter Pokemon are not new Pokemon GX. Is it possible that they can be in the set?
Or Tapu Bulu will receive it's Full Art and Rainbow Rare in the SM2+ subset, like the Starters did in the SM1+ subset.I hate to nitpick but it's SM1+, not SM+1... also, Tapu Bulu most likely won't have an FA or RR, so maybe 2 other GXs will be a part of the starter deck...
I guess but the starter FAs weren't in SM1 so I assume neither would Bulu'sOr Tapu Bulu will receive it's Full Art and Rainbow Rare in the SM2+ subset, like the Starters did in the SM1+ subset.
