So if Celestial Storm is only having 11 GX cards, does that mean we're losing Salamence? It was mentioned to be in Dragon Storm...

I think that the Salamence GX may be saved for Dragon Majesty? I don't know if it was ever said to be released with Celestial Storm but I think there may be a regular Salamence card
