DPPt/HGSS Smeargle in double battle

Hey
I am training a Smeargle for a double battle team. My opponent and I tend to have no rules other than all Pokemon must be lvl 75 and no legendaries.
I was thinking of using it in parallel with a Machamp and to take advantage of the no guard ability. So far its move pool would be

Dark void
Skill Swap
Sheer cold

I would use a baton passing ninjask to boost its speed and set up the dark void. Any suggestions on items, natures, EVs and a final move?

Well, first off, if this is competitive battling, take off Sheer Cold. Second, you must know what an opponent's team is if you're going to use Skill Swap productively. For the other 3 moves, you could add Stealth Rock or Toxic Spikes if you plan on using Smeargle as a lead (although I don't know anything else Smeargle can do anyway.) For the other move(s), I suppose it would have to be something that would help Smeargle specifically. Maybe some stat boosting moves if you want it to actually do damage too. For the nature, I would go with Timid and put 252 Ev's into speed to get Dark Void off before your opponent can do anything. The other EV's depend on if you want it to just set up so Machamp could take stuff down, or if you want Smeargle to help too. For an item, I would put a berry on it to raise either Sp. Atk or Speed. (Again, it depends.) Good luck with your match.

Sorry, I was not clear about the strategy I am attempting. I will use skill swap on Machamp to get No guard. From there I will use 100% accurate sheer cold on the sleeping Pokemon for 1 hit KOs. Or will that not work?

Standard rules include OHKO Clause so you aren't allowed to use Sheer Cold, Fissure, Guillotine, or Horn Drill. Also unless it is VGC, Sleep Clause is supposed to be followed as well, thus you need to change Dark Void to Spore. Entry hazards aren't as useful in double battles because switches are a lot more risky since the incoming Pokemon could suffer two attacks. You could pair it with Ninjask and have Psych Up be one of Smeargle's moves since it takes advantage of Ninjask's movepool and ability. For the remaining spots I'd say to go with Baton Pass and Endeavor because you are able to get their HP equal to yours and then both of your Pokemon can pass stats. For an item I'd recommend a Focus Sash on Smeargle along with a Timid nature, though any Speed up nature could work.

Like I said we dont really tend to follow standard rules, so the OHKO and sleep clause are not an issue. Mostly I am just curious if it would work and possible problems/counters. Thanks for the advice on natures and items.

If you use a Ninjask and BP to Smeargle while getting a skill swap from machamp, the only way you can lose is to priority. I suggest leftovers as an item, or focus sash. Use 252hp evs, 252 speed. Use either timid or jolly nature.
