As you may be able to tell, this deck is not yet legal. But it will be legal soon, and I foresee it making at least top 32 at at least one major tournament. Sure, it isn't amazing, but the way it plays is truly remarkable (in my opinion). Good things: VERY FAST, energy efficient, cheap, hits for weakness on Toad and Garchomp, gives up 1 prize, and all around fun. Bad things: Dependent upon paralysis, has to wait to put out big damage.

Main Cards:
Snivy – Grass – HP60
Basic Pokemon

[G] Blot: 10 damage. Heal 10 damage from this Pokemon.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Servine – Grass – HP70
Stage 1 – Evolves from Snivy

Ability: Snake Bind
You may use this Ability once when you play this card from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokemon. Flip a coin. If heads, your opponent’s Active Pokemon is now Paralyzed.

[G] Vine Whip: 20 damage.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Serperior – Grass – HP140
Stage 2 – Evolves from Servine

[C] Coil: 40 damage. During your next turn, the damage from this Pokemon’s attacks do 60 more damage.

[G] Slash Down: 80 damage. This Pokemon can’t use Slash Down during your next turn.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 2

Spinarak - Grass - HP50
Basic Pokemon
[C] String Shot: Flip a coin. If heads, your opponent's active Pokémon is now paralyzed.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Ariados - Grass - HP70
Stage 1- Evolves from Spinarak
Ability: Poisonous Nest
Once during your turn (before your Attack), you may leave both active Pokemon Poisoned (except for [G] Pokemon).

Impound: 40 damage. Your opponent's active Pokemon may not retreat during your opponent's next turn.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1
With a successful paralysis and a Muscle Band, Coil does 60. Next turn you use the second attack and hit for 160 plus the 60 already on and if you have an Ariados in play, that is 230 OHKOing almost everything. Even mill decks cannot do anything to disrupt you. Flare Grunt? Hardly does anything. Wailord? OHKOed.
Anyway, Without further ado, here is the deck, Snakes 'n Spiders.
Pokemon-18
  • 4 Snivy FTC
  • 4 Servine FTC
  • 4 Serperior FTC
  • 2 Spinarak AOR
  • 2 Ariados AOR
  • 2 Shaymin EX ROS 106
Please note that if you tell me that a 4-4-4 line is too heavy I will disagree with you. I feel it is absolutely necessary that a 4-4-4 line be there (maximum odds for paralysis).
Trainers-35
  • 4 Super Scoop Up FFI
  • 2 Battle Compressor PHF
  • 2 Revitalizer GEN
  • 4 VS Seeker PHF
  • 2 AZ PHF
  • 2 Devolution Spray FTC
  • 3 Muscle Band XY
  • 3 Ultra Ball ROS
  • 1 Repeat Ball PRC
  • 4 Forest of Giant Plants AOR
  • 4 Professor Sycamore BKP
  • 3 N BW Black Star Promo 101
  • 2 Lysandre FLF
Energy-7
  • 7 Grass Energy Shadowless BS

I love this list a lot and I agree that 4-4-4 is %100 a must. But, why not run miltank as a backup attacker?

That is a good idea but it takes away from the ridiculous damage Serperior/Ariados can do. I originally thought of Miltank but I wanted to do my own thing since everyone else is doing that.
An idea that came to me was replace the 2-2 Ariados with 2 Miltank, a Xerosic, and Captivating Poke Puff. But that changes the entire deck. Also, I don't feel that Miltank hits for enough. I guess it could use Servine's effect and still be good but Fighting weakness is ugly. Besides, Grass is a good weakness hitter.
