Depends, but I'd run 4 Pluspower and 3-4 Strenght Charm, just to be sure.

Yes it does, but only as a *BIG CARD*, and thus has never been legal for play. I belive it is quite expensive, I've only seen one of those.

Depends on what you play. for example, if you play Castaway, some Strengh Charm could come handy. If your attacking with 120, 2/3 Strengh Charm are handy. If you attack with 90 (or something), 4 Pluspower are usefull.

They are all Reprints (except Gible/Pikachu). Gible/Pikachu have a Oran Berry.

Know idea if it's attack is called Big Bang, but there is a Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno (or in what order). It's a Jumbo Card, so not useable for Tournaments. Just to have. it's a Legendary, so i guess it's pretty expensive.

* Is there a tank (High HP) Basic Pokemon that can fit into an infernape deck?

* What Metal Type pokemon in the modified format can perform well with empoleon in a water-metal deck?

Yes. Of course. Though attaching another Fire would probably work better.
* Is there a tank (High HP) Basic Pokemon that can fit into an infernape deck?
A tank? Stuff like Dialga. One that fits into Infernape decks? None. It needs no starter.
* What stadium cards are mostly used in an infernape deck?
I don't recall it needing it.

Diagla? After pwning it, blast with a devolve. Though the extra 40 damage would've forced a KO already.

Most people use even for heads, odd for tails.
