Something in school you hated doing and it felt like everyone else loved?

Teachers across every class pushing "Study Guides" in our face to try and get use to study, study, and guess what?
Study some more.
I am just one of those kids that can sit in class and pay attention and get straight A's. Another thing is being forced to read. I'd rather do something productive than sit in a chair and read, something like basketball (indoors of course, asphalt and concrete are too hard to draw a charge on :p). Another thing is jump roping. Kids have actually broken bones from jump roping because the floor was so slippery. One final note:

Substitute teachers not saying their name before class starts. Very awkward to try and ask them a question :/

Well, it may be easy to get As when you are 13, but as you grow up it is harder to breeze by and get As. Or maybe you're just a genius and I'm an idiot, lol.

Also pep rallies never get me excited.

I took Algebra I in 6th grade and never studied :/ For the first 4 weeks of the 3rd Quarter I had a 106.35% grade and it dropped everyday because of Homework points. I also studied wumbology in First grade: Straight A's :D *Receives applause for being smarter than [member]The Yoshi[/member]* "Thank you, thank you very much. Is it an accomplishment to be smarter than [member]The Yoshi[/member]? jk :)

At recess a Noon-Aide thought that dodgeball was too dangerous, because someone was going too get hit in the face and suffer from a concussion (foam balls lol). Then we told her, "If somebody throws a ball and it is a head-shot, then they will be out in that game." Then she told us, "I'm not afraid of someone getting out, I'm afraid of someone getting knocked-out." "Guess what, Noon-Aide, you can't see or hear!" The person that said the last one never got in trouble. The person didn't hear it :p

i feel this way about basket ball. *shudders*

I have similar feelings on this, just that I'm not limited to simply basketball. I have a strong affinity for balls, be it basketball, soccer balls, volley balls and so all. And they simply LOVE my face. The worse case was once where my pinky was close to being fractured by a basket ball (the only time where the ball didn't kiss my face).

At least you didn't get slammed in the genitals by someone who slings a dodgeball out at, like, 35 miles an hour. I'd take a ball to the face over that any day.

I took a random basketball that way in a dodgeball game. Never expected it. Baseball is violent the way I play it. I smashed the ball right up the middle and it went through the pitcher's glove and broke their glasses. I've also kneed the first baseman in the face went I hit the ball on the top and it went to the catcher. The main thing with baseball is when I got tackled, held onto the ball and tagged them, so they were out, but they also got thrown out of the game because they dropped a shoulder. They broke my only pair of sunglasses that fit into my catcher's mask :(.
