Banckground Colour/Background Image/Link to Background Image: Background, use it if you feel like it.
Border or No border: Border.
Shape: Rectangular, similar to my banner.
Image inside or outside banner: Whatever's easier.
sonicyellow or richkid50000: Either.
Text and colour: Shadows from the Past...
