I can't imagine drawing on a tablet PC. I'd probably need at least 16" screen tablet for comfortable viewing. I'm on a 17.3" laptop and even sometimes photoshop feels cramped.
Nice line uniformity btw. What PS tool was used for that
@Xie Thank you very much. It is a bit small for a laptop so it took some time getting used to the small size. Cintiq's are much larger but cost a bundle more but darn, a 17.3" laptop would be large for me after getting used to something so tiny like this. It must still be nice, though, wouldn't mind having something larger to work with.
As for the tool I used the brush, played with line weight a bit, and then used a Sharpen filter to give it a crisp edge and mock a more pencil look.
I was accustomed to larger screens because I didn't use laptop till I was 20, and before that my PCs all had screen sizes of around 19". I guess I forgot to ask if the pic you posted was at its native resolution or shrunk from a larger res. If it were the latter then the line would definitely look cleaner after sharpening
Oh man, I haven't had any real free time to update any of my art with work or comment recently. I do have some older work that I figured I may as well submit to keep this thread alive.
I am much obliged! I may consider doing free sketches as colorwork and lineart take a lot more time. I'm currently very busy right now, but possibly sometime soon I should be more free.
Decided to try and redraw some Eevee evolutions I made up some time ago. I sort of want to put a full description as if they were real. I haven't done pixel art in ages and, despite it's PNG format, has an odd resolution.
Anyways, here's the first one:
