can u make me an avatar?

I want a dark+metal energy symbol.just like Flareon from Delta Species set.it is a dual metal and fire type.so I want the energy symbol.so it matches my name MetalFire. I want it a bit big like the sizes of soulseeker avatar and can u make it in borders like him.the background is like soulseeker.

so what I'm trying to say is make avatar like soulseeker and replace that thingy with the metalfire energy symbol. thanks in advance
