Im just wondering, you can totally say no, remember you did Noobnerd's userbar with the pink writing with his name, do you think you can do that with Raichupika33? I don't mind if you can't, if you can though maybe I could order it with the details.
 
Sorry, I can't, I did that one with Gimp, but now I use Photoshop and don't know how to do this.

I Would like the Pokemon names underneath.
The above row Lucario in the middle Magmortar on the left and Electivire on the right. The bottom row Tangrowth in the middle Mamoswine on the left and Drifblim on the right.
I want them to look like they are using moves ... I want Magmortar's cannon to glow
Electivire's higher hand to glow as if using a move
Shiny Tangrowth's higher hand (red part) to glow
Shiny Drifblim and Mamoswine to look as if they are using moves also (glowing parts will suffice if too hard)
