To get my cool border, shadow, and reflection, I take a picture on my mac with command+shift+4, and open it in Keynote, where I go to the inspector and adjust the settings to my liking. I put the PB background behind it, and then use command+shift+4 again to get my final product, which I open in ImageShack.
Keynote is also a great program for adding text. I couldn't use Gimp right now anyway, because my mom deleted it from the computer...
Just some clarification of my art secrets.
