Color Scheme: Make it like the blue of the little mudkip userbar
Text: Make the text like a shaded red, and use a text that makes it noticable while not looking to bland.
Artist : Whoever can make the best bannner.
Notification? [yes/no] : I dont really understand what you mean.
Secretely A Ninja? [yes/no] : No.
NOTE: PLEASE INCLUDE A BORDER, a dark blue one please. Last banner I received did not have a border.

NOTE: I want the characters to be arguing over who I'm going to be using in my deck.
I know that's a lot of characters, but it's not like I'm asking for huge 3-D pictures of them. All I want is a basic banner of those characters being mad at each other. Adding in one of them using an attack or something would be fine, but the bare minimum I want is them just quarrelling and the text. Please and thank you.

I never usually complain, but the reason I wanted the RR Floatzel was because the text is implying the start of the new set. If you want to wait until the good quality one comes out, be my guest. Also, can you make it a little bigger?
